Like all good love stories, ours has two versions - depending on who you ask.

According to Nitzan, they first met at a club while celebrating a mutual friend’s birthday. Jessica, however, is convinced this never happened. Romantic, right?

Jessica swears the real story began a week later at another party, where Nitzan was in the middle of an intense beer pong game. Curious, she asked where he was from. When he replied, “Cleveland,” Jessica couldn’t believe it, and the two of them spent the rest of the night talking. That night quickly became the start of something special, and we’ve counted it as our anniversary ever since.

Nitzan's version of that event, is that he only came to the party to see if Jessica was there (and single). He planned on only staying for an hour, but one poorly thrown "celebrity shot" in beer pong led to them hanging out all night. He also very chivalrously went looking for (and found) an earring she lost while they were hanging out.

Fast forward nearly three years to a cold but sunny March afternoon in London. Jessica was on a family trip when Nitzan surprised her in a park. In true fairytale fashion, he got down on one knee, pulled the ring out (upside down), and asked her to marry him. She said yes - and here we are, ready to celebrate the next chapter of our story with all of you!
